The Dreamer in the Deep

IA! IA! Lord of blue-turrned-black, King of the unwaking lands, Keeper of the Must Not be Known. There's more then fish in the sea.  It is said that The Dreamer is a monster trapped at the bottom of the deepest sea bound by magics far beyond the gasp of mortals.  Others say that he is sleeping and his dreams bleed into this world.  Others say that he was the first wizard, the one who stole magic from the gods and gave it to mankin.  All things unnatural in the sea (as many of the things unnatural on the land) seem bound to him. Current manifestation: unknown, as he only comes to his followers in their dreams Symbols: a filled black circle, a star under a wave
